It's that time of year again! Everyone is ready to get back to or spice up their fitness routine. And we cannot wait for this Fit Day's attendees to experience what we have coming May 21st! Whether this is a new experience for you, or you've been to one of our day-long mini-retreats, you are in for a great time. All you have to do is register, show up to the start and be prepared to have an experience you'll be talking about for years. We provide the meals, transportation, the hand-picked workouts and some goodies along the way. Here is what you're in for on Saturday May 21st.

ELMNTL 5K: We will start the day by crashing Kevin Wimmer's ELMNTL 5K in Woodland Mound Park. At each mile you will be presented with a physical (but fun) challenge. Whether you walk or run this one, it is sure to be a highlight and a great way to start our day!

Iron Sharpens Iron: After a snack, juice or coffee, we head over to one of my new favorite places in Cincinnati. The guys at Iron Sharpens Iron will take us through their signature "Iron Circuit" class. They always keep us on our toes with fun, challenging exercises, great music and tons of laughs. Before you know it, you've completed a dynamic, full-body workout.

The Weekly Juicery: Ask any veteran "Fit-Day-er"and they'll tell you what an amazing, refreshing lunch we have had at The Weekly Juicery. The Weekly Juicery will also give us a tasting of their fabulous organic, cold-pressed juices!

Studio S: Following lunch we will walk across the street to Studio S for Pilates to start off our "low-impact", lengthening part of the day. We will all walk away with a smile on our face after visiting the wonderful crew here!

It's Working Out TRX: We finish up our sweat sessions at It's Working Out in Columbia-Tusculum for a TRX class, flow and stretch. After we treat our bodies with a little cool down, attendees get to indulge at our "healthier happy hour" with some healthy bites, and a cocktail or mocktail or two. This is a great time to learn more about the studio owners and trainers, and unwind after completing a challenging and fulfilling experience.

So that's the plan! The workouts will be supportive and great, the food will be delicious, and the happy hour will be delightful.
